SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau received the “Data Element Best Practice Award” at the Global Data Management Conference 2025 recently held in Hangzhou, capital of East China’s Zhejiang province, as the developer of an intelligent building data platform.

The bureau developed the platform last year to help improve building service management for SIP’s administrative departments, building operators and enterprises.

The platform has gathered comprehensive data on key buildings in SIP, covering location, tenants, operations and risks. It incorporates specially designed models to help companies in commercial buildings detect and prevent risks in financial and employment, and employs large AI models to offer efficient information inquiry services.
