An event was held in SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD on Feb 14 to help key businesses in the CBD know better about the newly upgraded Jinji Lake Talents Program. The event attracted about 80 people from different businesses.

At the event, the representative from the Organization Department of CPC SIP Working Committee gave the participants a specific introduction to the “1+4+X” policy system under the program, which consists of one framework document plus four sets of specific policies for different kinds of talents and several other sets of policies for special talents.

The representative from SIP Science and Technology Innovation Committee gave the participants a detailed account of policies on accreditation of leading sci-tech talents and support for them.

A staff member from SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd gave the participants an introduction to the company’s iDream system, an online job information platform, and the one from the Real Estate Supermarket of SIP explained the policy on “housing coupons”. Under the policy, a talent who does not own a house in SIP and has paid into the social insurance fund in SIP for at least six months can get a “housing coupon” of RMB70,000 to 250,000 based on academic degree for buying a house from the designated residential quarters.

After that, the participants from the businesses inquired about the policies mentioned above, and gained a better understanding of them through the answers.
